3. Automated Communication- Confirmation emails, reminders, and class updates are sent automatically to both trainers and participants. No need to chase people with manual messages.

4. Secure Payments-Payments for training are handled through a fully automated and secure system, with funds distributed directly to organising instructors and co-instructors.
